Our mission is to close the financial confidence gap for young girls by giving them the tools, mindset, and education. We introduce them to the core principles influenced by Warren Buffet while also teaching practical financial skills that shape empowered futures. We exist to create a generation of young women who understand money, trust themselves, and step boldly into leadership in their homes, communities, and careers.

The Federal Reserve conducted the Survey of Household Economics and Decisionmaking (SHED) since 2013 which measures the economic well-being of households in the United States. During the 2021 SHED, they compared the results of men and women to identify the financial knowledge gap and how large it is. As seen in the image, there is a larger amount of women that repsonded ¨Don´t know¨ to questions prompted in SHED compared to men in each category. This demonstrates the need for women to be more familiar with finance as it allows for equal opportunities!
